While studying at Swansea University in 2012, I began working in student media. At the same time, I put myself through a strict training and nutrition regime to transform my health and physical fitness. I was soon being asked for my advice by people, and realised that successfully communicating what I had learned could open some pretty important doors.
Shortly after graduating, I gained an internship at Men's Health magazine. After having some of my work published, I then went on to pen further health and fitness pieces for TigerFitness.com, JOE.co.uk, The Protein Works and Huffington Post UK's lifestyle blog. In the few years following, I have gone on to become a qualified gym instructor and in 2016 became a certified Sport & Exercise Nutrition advisor (REPs Level 3).
Below, you will find examples of some of the work I have had published. You can also check out the fitness blog I used to run through this website by clicking here
As of 2017, I am a guest author with Cardiff Sports Nutrition, one of the leading suppliers of quality sports nutrition supplements and services in the UK.
